At Wildnaro, our warranty terms are clear and straightforward.
Warranty coverage depends on the product line:
Wildnaro Brand (Signature) Products — Limited Lifetime Warranty
Selected Gear (Non-Wildnaro Brand Items) — One-Year Limited Warranty

Wildnaro Brand (Signature) Products — Limited Lifetime Warranty
Applicable to products bearing the Wildnaro brand, including trekking poles, trekking pole accessories, carabiners, and other items sold under the Wildnaro brand name.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
We have full confidence in the products we manufacture. All our branded products are backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship for the practical lifespan of the product.
If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace it free of charge. Coverage is limited to original, unaltered, and unmodified products and their workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended use.
The Limited Lifetime Warranty applies only to the original owner and is non-transferable; the warranty period extends for the lifetime of the product.
How It Works:
For warranty claims submitted within 30 days of product delivery, Wildnaro will provide a free replacement. Please note that customers are eligible for free return shipping service.
For warranty claims submitted within 365 days of product delivery, Wildnaro will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product free of charge. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
For warranty claims submitted more than 365 days after product delivery, Wildnaro will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product free of charge. Please note that prior to replacement, customers must ship the product to the Wildnaro inspection center (customers are responsible for return shipping costs) to determine whether the product is covered under warranty. Once the inspection is complete, we will notify the customer via email regarding the warranty coverage decision.
What is NOT covered by the warranty?
Normal wear and tear. This includes fabric fading, aging of seam tape, and the general breakdown of fabrics and moving parts over time. We do not provide repairs or replacements for normal wear and tear. This includes damage resulting from use or misuse—such as rips, tears, burns, punctures, broken poles, and stains—as well as products with a shortened lifespan due to improper care or excessive use. We also do not cover products that have been altered or modified from their original condition at the time of purchase.

To file a warranty claim, please provide the following information: the specific product name (including size or length), a description of the product defect, your original order number, and your current shipping address. Warranty Coverage: Our selected gear comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period:
We will ship a replacement item once the issue has been verified (typically requiring photos or video evidence). In some instances, we may request that you return the product to us for verification.

Failures caused by issues with materials or workmanship under normal use conditions
What is Not Covered:
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper care, or modifications
Cosmetic changes that occur naturally over time with normal use
