Return Period (30 Days)
We offer a 30-day return period, meaning you have 30 days (starting from the date you receive your item) to request a return.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

Be brand new/unused
Be in the exact same condition as when received
Include original tags (if applicable)
Be in the original packaging
Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required
Items showing signs of use, wear and tear, damage, missing parts, or improper packaging may be rejected or, at our sole discretion, be eligible for a partial refund.

How to Initiate a Return
Please send an email to contact@wildnaro.com with the following details:

Your order number
The item(s) you wish to return
Reason for the return
Photos (recommended; mandatory if the item arrived damaged or defective)
If your return request is approved, we will send you a return authorization and detailed instructions, including the return address.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return addresses may vary depending on the specific item; please wait for our instructions before shipping.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

You have two options:

Arrange your own shipping via a courier of your choice (we will provide the return address and instructions).
Use our return label: We can provide a return label, and the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund amount.
If you choose to arrange your own shipping, please ensure you use a trackable courier service. Wildnaro cannot be held responsible for returned items lost in transit if the shipping is arranged independently by the customer.

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges.

The fastest way to get the item you want is to:

Request a return for the item you currently have.
Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@wildnaro.com (please include photos/videos). If the issue is verified, we will resolve it appropriately—typically by sending a replacement or offering a suitable solution.

**Refunds**
Once we have received and inspected your returned item(s), we will notify you via email regarding the outcome.

If approved:

Your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment.
Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days of approval.
Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to finalize the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund request was approved, please contact contact@wildnaro.com.

**Non-Returnable Items (Common Exceptions)**
Unless otherwise required by law, the following items are not eligible for return:

Gift cards
Final Sale / Clearance items (if marked as "Final Sale")
Items that have been used, washed, heavily worn, or are not in their original condition
Items returned without prior authorization

**EU — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period**
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days of receipt, without needing to provide an explanation.

Items must be returned in the exact condition in which they were received—unused, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging. You must provide proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are subject to the same regulations outlined above, unless otherwise required by law.
