A: Yes! All orders totaling $150 or more qualify for free shipping within the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Shipping costs for international orders are calculated automatically at checkout.

Q: How long will it take for my package to arrive?

A: Most orders ship out the very same day they are received. For orders within the contiguous United States, the estimated delivery time is 2 days. Orders destined for locations west of the Rocky Mountains typically take around 3 days to arrive.

Q: Where are your products made?

A: At least a portion of every product we offer is meticulously crafted right here in our studios located in Lincoln/Gorham, New Hampshire (NH). We are committed to sourcing all of our raw materials from domestic U.S. suppliers. We take great pride in the fact that all of our zippers—as well as the vast majority of our fabrics—are sourced domestically within the United States. Q: Do you offer tours of your studio?

A: Yes! You are welcome to visit our studio anytime between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). We are also open on weekends.
